We are confident that you will fall in love with your Polkadot Papoose. You may return your unlaundered and unused sling in its original packaging within 30 days for an exchange or a refund. Polkadot Papoose reserves the right to deny a refund if the product is not returned in new condition. If in the event that you might need to exchange your sling, we will be happy to send out the new item when your package has been received by us. The customer is responsible for exchange shipping charges. There is a $6.00 restocking fee for all returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping
We ship all orders USPS Priority mail or USPS Express Mail within 2 business days. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on the following business day. We will notify you once your sling has been shipped. For special orders, allow 5-7 days for the customization of your sling plus shipping time. We would be happy to ship internationally. Please contact us to determine your shipping cost.
